What will you do?
As a working Team Leader, you guide and support the logistics process.
You look proactively ahead and anticipate what is coming.
You help prevent or solve problems, coordinating with various departments.
You are responsible for the daily management of employees, loading and unloading, keeping track of packaging and planning.
You have a sharp eye for safety and ensure a clean working environment.
You increase productivity and ensure predictable workload.
Realize a productivity increase of 50%.
Ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Daily monitor the progress of orders to guarantee timely delivery.
Develop and manage schedules for staffing.
Draw up written work instructions.
Offer training, coaching and motivation to the team.
Conduct regular consultations with purchasing and service departments.

You possess the following qualities:
Minimum MBO+ or HBO work and thinking level.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role.
You have a VCA certificate.
You enjoy leading a team.
You are stress-resistant and have strong communication skills.
You have an eye for detail without losing sight of the big picture.
You must be firm on your feet!
