Logistics Team Leader (40 hours)

What will you do?

As logistics team leader you are responsible for managing and coordinating the logistics team. You ensure that all logistics processes run efficiently, from receipt of goods to distribution. You are the link between different departments and ensure optimal cooperation.

✅ Lead the logistics team and coordinate daily activities.
✅ Plan and optimize the logistics processes.
✅ Ensure the correct deployment of personnel and resources.
✅ Monitor team and process performance and KPIs.
✅ Support team member training and development.
✅ Collaborate with other departments such as purchasing, sales and production.
✅ Solve operational issues.
✅ Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with safety regulations.

Your profile

✅MBO+/HBO education in a relevant field (e.g. Logistics, Supply Chain).
✅At least 3-5 years of experience in logistics, preferably in a managerial role.
✅ Knowledge of logistics processes and systems (e.g. ERP systems).
✅Strong communication and organizational skills.
✅ Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
✅ Able to work in a dynamic environment and set priorities.
✅
Willing to work in a 3-shift system, (06:00-15:00, 15:00-00:00 and 22:00-07:00). This is per week, first week day, second week afternoon, third week night.
