Job description

Quality Uitzendbureau has been specialized in the employment of production personnel in the food industry in and around Bodegraven for over 10 years. We are an ambitious company that grows every year and we want to continue this growth. With a young team of 7 full-time employees, we manage over 600 temporary workers every day. To strengthen our team we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague.

The team of Quality is characterized by its enthusiasm, perseverance, attentiveness and accuracy. We understand our customers and do everything we can to meet their needs. No challenge is too big for us and that requires determination. For many of our customers, we started small and eventually made it to the position of main supplier.

We are looking for an ambitious starter to join our team. For this position, it is important that you enjoy working with people and that you have operational skills. It is also necessary that you can perform well under pressure and make ad hoc decisions. Furthermore, it is important that you are able to work accurately and maintain an overview in this sometimes rather chaotic temping sector.

Once you start, you will be assigned your own client(s) and you will be responsible for their daily planning and be their personal contact person. Furthermore, screening and registering job seekers is one of your main tasks. The careful selection of potential temporary employees is of great importance for our service to the customers. In addition, you must show interest in the ever-changing laws and regulations concerning collective labour agreements, salaries and migrant workers so that we are always fully up-to-date. Finally, the payroll of our temporary workers is also a task that you will perform.

We are looking for someone who can and wants to perform all tasks within the temporary employment agency, but who puts the team (including yourself) together so that each person does what he/she is good at. It is especially important that you are operationally very strong. Finally, we are a very horizontal organisation and as colleagues we support each other daily with each other’s tasks. This ensures that we are close colleagues and that we can grow through each other.

  • You are in possession of an Hbo diploma
  • You have a good command of the English language
  • You do not have a 09:00 to 17:00 mentality
  • You are available full time
  • You are in possession of a driving license
  • You live within a radius of approximately 30 km from Bodegraven
  • Work experience within the temporary employment sector is an advantage, but certainly not a requirement.
