QUALITY AS A PARTNER

For more than 15 years, we have been sending our staff to our partners every day with great pleasure.

In recent years, we have developed the entire chain of temporary employment in-house. For example, we have started our own offices abroad, we manage our own housing and fleet of vehicles and we have the entire payroll and financial administration in-house.

This means that we are fully “in control” and can provide our partners with good service.

Quality ensures the right people at the right time and place

  • Recruitment & Selection

    In recent years, Quality has built its own overseas network, where we recruit & select in our own offices.

    We believe that good recruitment consists of matching the right expectations. In our own offices, we can display images of our partners and our recruiters can match the right expectations. This is how we try to make the right match already in the home country

  • Temporary employment & secondment

    Because we work with staff coming from abroad, good forecasting and planning is important to provide sufficient flexibility.

    Getting to know each other’s seasonal patterns and being able to anticipate expectations is particularly important in this respect. Possibly, seasonal patterns of different partners can complement each other.

  • Portal

    As a partner, you can use our portal to view all information about scheduling and temps online. Our temporary workers also get all information via the app (such as pay slips, contracts, planning, etc.) This allows us to communicate directly and be the quick link between our partner and staff.

  • Legality

    Quality is NEN-4400-1 certified via NormecVRO and thereby registered with the SNA (Stichting normering arbeid). Quality is also NormecVRO certified for its accommodation and thereby registered with the SNF (Stichting normering flexwonen).

    To establish the identity of its employees, Quality uses hardware and software from Securitech.

  • College

    Developing our staff is a high priority. Because we work with many foreign employees, Quality considers integration and the Dutch language to be important issues. To this end, Quality periodically provides various courses for our staff.
